DOWNTOWN CONDO

This downtown condo, featuring views of Lake Michigan, needed a facelift to reflect the new owner's tastes. The client requested a sophisticated upgrade to the kitchen and main bathroom that provided a seamless flow while showcasing his art collection.

To achieve this, we kept the existing appliances, painted the cabinets, and added new quartzite countertops, extending them with an additional base cabinet. We also updated the hardware, backsplash, and lighting, and finished the space with beautiful new stools for guests.

In the bathroom the client wanted the bathroom to feel more open and welcoming. He felt like he was in a cave when he was in the shower so we opened up the shower wall, added a large glass opening and used a brighter white tile with some texture to make it feel more welcoming.

We were able to utilize the existing base cabinet but painted it and added new hardware along with a new countertop, new plumbing fixtures and a beautiful recessed medicine cabinet that lifts from the bottom and has power in the cabinet to help store a items that normally linger on the countertop.
