Erie Street Condo Remodel

Our Marine Terminal Lofts clients were ready to evolve their living space to suit the next chapter of their lives, so we set out to transform their existing library into a luxurious, fully equipped guest suite complete with a spacious walk-in closet.

To create a seamless flow, we reimagined the adjacent bathroom with ultra-sleek finishes and a refined, modern aesthetic. To enclose the suite, we designed custom steel-framed doors that intentionally mirror the striking architecture of the building’s exterior windows, framing and highlighting the raw concrete columns that give this iconic loft its distinct personality.

On a personal note, this project brought everything full circle for me. In a wild twist of fate, I worked on this exact same condo back in 2005 with Mandel Group when it served as the original model unit for Marine Terminal Lofts. Getting the chance to step back into this dynamic space two decades later and completely reinvent it has been such a incredible and rewarding coincidence!
