Mequon First Floor Remodel

We initiated​ the design phase this project in January, with construction commencing in early June and reaching completion in October. What began as a kitchen transformation, fireplace addition, and custom built-in bookshelves evolved into a comprehensive redesign of nearly the entire main level.

Key updates include:

  - Finishes & Architecture: Meticulously painted surfaces, refinished original flooring, and bespoke architectural entry ​to the kitchen mimicking the new custom bookcase on either side of the fireplace wall. 
  - Lighting: A sophisticated lighting plan throughout the first floor designed to highlight the clients' artwork collection and enhance the ambiance around the fireplace.
  - Furnishings: Updated furniture throughout for improved functionality and aesthetic cohesion. A neutral rug and sofa anchor the modern art, while a bright blue Womb Chair serves as a playful, statement accent piece.
