NEWPORT SHORES CONDO

This 3rd-floor high-end residential condo offers stunning views of the marina. We designed this home from top to bottom, thoughtfully detailing every element. To maximize the views and open up the main living space, we removed a bedroom to expand the Living Room and create a dedicated Dining Area. We also designed a true cook's kitchen featuring a high-end stove and quartzite running up the back wall, serving as a textured backdrop and a living piece of art.

Our comprehensive design scope included space planning, as well as the selection of flooring, tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint, hardware, and appliances. The property is located in Newport Shores, a mixed-use residential and commercial landmark designed by Rinka+ that celebrates Port Washington's waterfront. The development features 29 luxury condo units, retail and commercial spaces, and "The Venue at Newport Shores" event space.
