BREAKWATER CONDO REMODEL

Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Our clients envisioned a complete transformation after transitioning from the suburbs to their luxury downtown Milwaukee condo at Breakwater Condos. We began by designing an elevated outdoor deck that showcases breathtaking, panoramic views of Lake Michigan.

From there, we reimagined their open-concept living space to reflect an elegant, contemporary aesthetic. The comprehensive renovation included fresh paint throughout the entire unit, a custom built-in bookcase for their extensive library, and a sophisticated, integrated workspace positioned to take advantage of the natural light while seamlessly anchoring to the main living area.

We also curated high-end architectural lighting, bespoke furnishings, designer rugs, and curated accessories, completing a full furniture redesign for both the living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, we upgraded the space with premium quartz countertops, elevated plumbing fixtures, custom pendant lighting above the island, and stylish counter seating.
