BREAKWATER CONDO REMODEL

In 2021 our clients wanted to update their guest bedroom after moving into the Breakwater Condos from their home in the suburbs. This led to designing their outdoor deck with stunning views of Lake Michigan. 

Then in late 2022 we started on an update to their open living plan. They wanted an update to their home to match their current tastes. This included painting the entire unit, designing a built-in bookcase for their vast collection of books, a built-in work area that was close to the windows but felt part of the open concept living space, new lighting and new furnishings including rugs, accessories and a complete update to their living room and dining room furniture. We also updated the kitchen with new quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, lighting over the bar and stools at the counter.
