We had a hugely successful relationship with Kelly Brainerd from KMB Design Consulting. And still do ! We had hired a General Contractor ( GC) for two full bathroom tear outs , that went sideways very quickly. Kelly and her team came in and rescued the day ! We utilized Kelly for product selections, color selections, crafting definitive layout plans and setting hard schedules. As much as we loved working with Kelly with her creative design side, we also truly appreciated the fact that she knew how to run solid project planning and pushed the GC to finally finish said projects.

We were so impressed with Kelly that we expanded our original bathroom projects , and repainted the whole condo and updated the kitchen area with new counter tops , sink, and new lighting. Kelly was very creative and supportive through all of the selection process, and contractor installations. She is creatively very talented, and runs a tight ship! We worked with Kelly at KMB Design Consulting on designing, decorating, and sourcing furniture for the guest bedroom, outdoor deck, and entryway of our downtown Milwaukee condo. Kelly really listened to us to learn about our lifestyle and incorporated that into her design ideas for us. She was open to iterating the design based on our feedback which resulted in spaces that we love! We will definitely be working with Kelly on the next project in our condo.
