Erie Street Condo Remodel

Our Marine Terminal Lofts client wanted to turn their library into a guest suite with a walk-in closet for their visiting family. We remodeled the adjacent bathroom to match the vibe of the homeowners next phase of their life. We also closed off the front of the room with custom doors to match the architecture of the exterior windows while expressing the beautiful concrete columns that are prevalent throughout the building.

 

Crazy enough - I worked on THIS EXACT condo in 2005 with Mandel Group when it was the MODEL for Marine Terminal Lofts. How wonderful of a coincidence is that?!?!?
