Penthouse Condo Remodel

Our recent project at The Point on the River is a 12-story condominium building originally developed in 2009. It sits at the unique confluence of the Milwaukee and Menomonee Rivers. 

 

Our clients purchased the Penthouse unit a few years ago and recently have completed an extensive remodel. The unit offers sweeping views of the city, spanning from the Harley-Davidson Museum and American Family Field and beyond.

 The update was designed to balance a modern urban lifestyle with a warm, functional open-concept layout.

 

Key features of the remodel include:

  - Warmth and Texture: New wood floors were installed throughout the unit to provide a more inviting atmosphere.

 

- Kitchen: We updated the plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware and countertops.

  - Living and Workspace: The north end features a focal wall with faux paint mimicking the sky and clouds, an electric fireplace, and a built-in desk to facilitate working from home.

  - Entertainment: We created a built-in dry bar equipped with an under-counter microwave and beverage fridge, perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening cocktails.
