South Water Street Condo

This extraordinary penthouse residence in the Historic 5th Ward—originally built in 1875 and thoughtfully reconstructed in 2002—boasts sweeping, unobstructed views of the city skyline and the Milwaukee River. Our design objective was to elevate the space into a luxurious, high-end sanctuary while maximizing its architectural potential. As part of our comprehensive structural refinements, we elevated and re-routed the low-mounted mechanical ductwork, dramatically expanding the vertical volume and highlighting the impressive ceiling heights throughout every room.

The reimagined chef’s kitchen features premium integrated Wolf appliances set against sleek, custom black cabinetry and rich natural cherry wood accents. Accentuated by luxury natural stone countertops, the space serves as an exquisite centerpiece designed for both sophisticated entertaining and effortless daily living.

In the primary ensuite, we transformed a vast layout with soaring 13-foot ceilings into a refined, intimate retreat scaled perfectly for comfort. Leveraging the sunlit canopy of the existing skylight, we introduced a bespoke custom vanity meticulously fitted between the glass shower and adjacent wall. Featuring tailored interior organization—complete with spacious roll-out drawers and dedicated concealable outlets for high-end styling tools—every detail was curated to seamlessly blend elevated aesthetics with functional luxury.
